. I really like the little nutrition facts about each recipe it makes eating as a vegan so much more fun and interesting even with fussy children. I would highly recommend this book and hope the author brings out more brilliant cook books like these! Good book but, would be better to see pictures for eg ..... Each meal should have a picture of finished product so we have an idea of what it looks like , also step by step pictures next to the words but still a good book.
