Great guide

A great book for those who are new to physical fitness or those returning to fitness after a long absence. Personally, I felt the book offered very little to those with a extensive background in fitness.

I think it could make a great Graphic Novel as well, as some of the happenings in it are somewhat comic book in nature. All in all worth a read, and like I said I'll be check out the 2nd one in the series. Thanks!

it's a good book to raise a reader's awareness about the topic. What I have learned from this book is that facial expression plays an important role for us because this is where we show what we feel like fear, happy and surprise or even anger as well. Also, the tone and pitch of our voice play an important role too.

The book was very powerful

I thoroughly enjoyed this book! Having a friend of mine who is Armenian, I have talked to him about the Armenian genocide and had a little bit of background information. The information I took away from this book, and the experience of Stepan Miskjian, was profound.
