Historia
Danny Tozer has a problem: She just inherited the powers of Dreadnought, the world's greatest superhero. Until Dreadnought fell out of the sky and died right in front of her, Danny was trying to keep people from finding out she's transgender. But before he expired, Dreadnought passed his mantle to her, and those secondhand superpowers transformed Danny's body into what she's always thought it should be. Now there's no hiding that she's a girl.

Fantastic story, needed better audio direction
Revisado: 10-30-18
A knock-out, powerful story. I also loved the narrator's delivery for Danny. However the audio production really detracted. Why did multiple characters (not just Calamity) speak with an old timey accent?? There were also more than the average glaring mispronunciations. I'm making a beeline for a print copy of the sequel, I'll be avoiding Audible productions after this one.

Uplifting narration
Revisado: 07-17-18
Betty's story gracefully stands on its own, without her famous husband. The author reads her work with an optimistic tone even during tough scenes, which suits the youthful perpective well. The role of the Housewives League in the Civil Rights movement is a particularly welcome focus here.
