Historia
A hilarious, heartwarming, and heartbreaking memoir by the chief wildlife ranger in the number one most popular family vacation destination in the USA, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. For over 30 years, Kim DeLozier acted as a referee in the wild, trying to protect millions of park visitors from one of the densest populations of wild black bears in America - and the bears from tourists who get too close.

Lovely collection of stories from Park Ranger - some are funny, some informative, and some sad. Narration voice is a great match for book content. Will be looking for more Audiobooks like this one.

Historia
Did you know bears never die? There are many unknown facts about these fur-adorned mammals. Because the hard truths about bears can be difficult to process, society often shields itself from the realities of the true threat bears pose to mankind. Every book written on bears has been a lie. People live under the false impression that bears can be avoided, that bear attacks are survivable, and even that bears are not immortal. Suffice it to say, people have a lot to learn about bears, bear safety, bear attacks, and the impending war between man and bear.

What is this?!?
Revisado: 07-14-21
This is a very strange and nonsensical book. Funny for about the first 30 seconds, and then it's like "wait - the whole book is silliness like this?" Don't get this if you think there will be any factual or actual information on the subject or wildlife. I can only think that there's something attractive to the physical version of this book, because the audio version is a complete waste of time.

Historia
[Contains explicit content] Moving from Pakistan to America meant bridging two very different cultures. Those differences were brought into stark contrast for comedian Kumail Nanjiani on the day he married his American wife in a Muslim ceremony for his Pakistani family. Kumail's wedding was notable for a number of reasons and on this episode of Hold On, Eugene Mirman digs into the backstory.
