This book is a must read and must keep resource. No matter if you are a sales professional, marketeer, executive or an individual contributor, How to Read Any Body will help you recognize your own patterns, learn to identify patterns and behaviors in others so that you may adapt to your audience. The application does not stop on the professional front. Derek Borthwick includes tools that are beneficial for personal relationships, as well.
As an experienced public speaker used to presenting in large and small groups I consider myself well attuned to nonverbal communication queues so I may adjust to the listeners. After reading How to Read Any Body I learned even more that, when applied, will allow me to continue honing my skills to further improve relationship building.
