Historia
Four hundred years ago, in the time before the Godfall, the demon hordes were unleashed upon the world of Elaria. Now, the world has shrunk to one small valley, the Valley of Auld, humanity’s last bastion. All those within its walls are protected. Elian is markless—someone who cannot activate skills—and he is one of the poorest markless there is. A miner, forced to leave the city and toil in the nearby salt mines. On their way to and from the mines, the miners are kept secure in a locked wagon. The wagon is not locked to keep them from escaping.

Amazing Story for any progression fantasy fan
Revisado: 04-25-25
I absolutely loved this story. it was such a joy to find. I could barely sleep for the need to have more of it, 20 hours sounds long until you have just two hours left after starting the day before when you started work. the main character is reasonable and cautious given the nature of his world. if I had to give one complaint it would be the ending being a cliffhanger that is an absolutely brilliant way to keep your readers wanting more but so cruel. Thank you Author Todd for another brilliant universe.

Historia
One day, six towers appear on Earth. Each one stands hundreds of stories tall, and are invulnerable to all attacks. At the base of each tower is a portal, welcoming in all who dare enter it. All sorts of magical monsters can be found inside the towers. Even treasure, magic and superhuman strength can be acquired. The problem is that the towers aren't a friendly place. Even worse, the towers sometimes release waves of monsters to attack Earth. In the year 2083, there are only a hundred survivors. In one last attempt, they challenge the final floor without regard for their lives.

Great work but feels incomplete.
Revisado: 04-09-25
The Story is great and follows a nontraditional hero for these types. He isn't the one who deals the most damage or inspires people with his presence. He is a tank taking blows for his allies so they can best hurt the enemies. It is almost flawless for the first two books but the third felt very rushed in many ways, the ending while finishing a bit of the main meat of the story leaves a lot of stuff undone. I also would barely call this litRPG while there are stats and those elements for the most part outside of damage number they are incredibly (and to one like me disappointingly) rare. This may not be a problem for most readers/listeners but I like the level ups, stat sheets, and rising of numbers that are usually found in these type of stories. Also the journey through the tower is often glazed over and not really going into depth. I would recommend this story to anyone as a story but I am afraid that I would not in good conscious recommend it for die hard litRPG or tower climber fans.

Historia
The Lord of Silver Stars is rising and his allies are rising with him! Sam's strength as an Astral Titan is greater than anything seen on Aster Fall since the First War shattered the world. He commands three armies and the fortress of Silverguard stands firm in the Void, but enemies surround him on every side. The Avatar of Blood stands inside the World Seal, an enemy whose strength is equal to the Titans of old. He holds Asenya in his grasp, the caretaker of Aster Fall.

The ending draws near
Revisado: 10-24-24
This story continues the trend of excellence that has been present since the start of this series. I enjoy every moment. I can not think of another series I enjoy as much as this one. Things are really starting to wrap up here in this story and it doesn't feel like it will be long before this chapter of Sam's life will be over and he will move on to new horizons. it is sad in a way that has nothing to do with what is going on nor what the future is likely to be more like seeing a friend succeed but going in a direction you can't follow, still I am grateful to have followed this journey and await what comes next. Credit must be paid to the narrators who perform brilliantly and to the author himself for the vision to have crafted such a world. I personally want to thank everyone involved for allowing me the experience, so thank you.

A Good LitRPG
Revisado: 09-25-24
pretty good litrpg. main character doesn't spend a lot of time worrying about killing his enemies. he is fine with the violence inherent in worlds like the new one he has found himself in. he is advancing a pretty fast pace given the relative timeline that the story takes place in, that is not at all a detraction in my eyes. all in all it was a good story that I enjoyed and hope to see more of

I enjoyed it but the first was definitely better.
Revisado: 03-31-23
This chapter of this series is a little slower, it doesn't lack for enjoyment though. In the first story Zeke was sort of OP as all get out. It feels like the author nerfed him in a major way in this book. While that takes some away from my own enjoyment I think it makes the story more accessible to a broader audience. I do hope we will see Zeke come back to being the OP monster he was in the first one though in future installments.
The first half or so of the listen is a lot more slow as Zeke and Abby sort of feel each other out now no longer in a state of near constant peril. The second half is almost the opposite with Zeke and Abby being in copious amounts of danger for almost the entirety of at least the last seven hours. I found the latter half more to my liking.
