I loved the characters and how this series could possibly go on forever. the world building was on point. I really appreciate how I fell into this series like the most comfortable, soft plush blanket.

The narrator was amazing. His ability to bring so many different characters to life makes me want to hear him over and over and over again. The characters are simply delightful, Pyke being my favorite. I can appreciate the realistic and fantasticness of this story. I cannot wait to share this story with others at my book nook club.

I love this story Eileen Glass is an amazing storyteller. The death in which he's built this world is so great and it seems like something that could possibly happen. I love the way the characters interact. I can't wait to finish this story or read extensions whichever way this takes her.

I am so thrown! I actually love this story. I cannot wait to finish the rest of the series! It just.... it does it for me in a whole new kind of way. I tend to steer away from sub/dom relationships in the books I read, but as I read this I became completely invested. It's a great take on the genre!

Thuroughly Amazed!

Rhis collection is a surprisingly great set of book. I loved the narration by Guillaume Dubois. His voice and rendition of each character's personality was really good. Each book had gave beautifully to the flow between them. The characters and their interations, both hilarious and heart warming, had me so caught up in the books that I lost a whole day to them. I applaud you Austin Bates for another set of books that confirm your skills.

Where? What? I swear!

Yet again I am in marvel at the beautiful brain this story came from. Praise the almighty entity that allowed Gail Carrier to be a presence on this planet. Oh, but it doesn't stop there. Michael Lesley brought such colour and depth to the table. Brilliance. He, some how, read even MORE life into this already vibrant story. His portrayal of the characters.... just....WOW! then Ms. Gail built a universe with such depth and no series??? With a HEAVY ending moral to the story and some loose ends that have my brain reeling for a second book. Can I have a moment of silence for the soul lost to give way for the point that is actually still a big issue here in this verse. Identity, Acceptance, Love, Confirmation... so much to learn and love from this book.....happy tears😂. A big thank you to both Author and Narrator. I have listened to it thrice thus far and might dive in for the fourth. Gonna listen to Crudrat ... I think it may be set in the same universe.

I already love this series, but this book added to my adoration of the characters. Though the performance was lacking, the story had me hook. I cant wait for the next book.
