Hello,
A good friend turned me on to this book by Eric Chester. I have followed Eric’s career from a distance and I’m impressed by his background which helps the listener/reader relate to this topic. The book/Audible providers excellent examples of competing for employees in today’s environment. You might assume that it’s easy and you already know what to do; trust me this book with provide your a different perspective on this topic. I highly recommend this book and I’m going to purchase a few extra copies for my newer shift lead when they are onboarding. Must buy and 5 Stars all the way!!!!

I came across this audible from a friend that recently purchased it and really enjoyed it! I love the story format that teaches the important life lessons in each chapter. The book appeals to all ages and I highly recommend it. I’m sharing it with my friends who have kids and all of my co-workers at my company! I rarely write reviews but this one is definitely worth it! Enjoy!
