Chapter 1 is a repeat of Diana Baumrinds work. Chapter 2 is entitled "Authoritative Parenting" but instead it is an entirely unrelated chapter on the virtues and history of the Samurai - I kid you not. Chapter 3 is as far as I got since the content is poor. The narration is unbearable.

This book will benefit your every relationship, and . It will also make you wish you could go back and tuck a young Oprah into bed :) I have even more respect for her and Dr Perry than ever. The more people who learn understand trauma the better for society.

The book is a was an easy listen and now I understand how ketosis works. The recipes are easy and so tasty - my husband has raved about my cooking using them. Sticking to the diet has been easier for me than others due to the rapid weight loss while in ketosis and knowing that cheating with even 1 biscuit can take you out of ketosis.

I truly enjoyed this book and am recommending it to all the new parents in my circle. The content is insightful, practical and easy to follow and importantly is backed by scientific research - no guessing. The narration is captivating.
