A Modern Hero To Many

My daughter was diagnosed with MS when she was 17 years old. None of the MS drugs were keeping the monster at bay. She was rapidly declining.After learning about Dr Burt and HSCT from a friend, we went to meet him. He approved her to have HSCT, but the insurance provider did not. it only took 3 months for us to raise the necessary funds. At the age of 19 years, my daughter had HSCT. Like so many others of Dr. Burt's patients, she left the hospital free of all MS symptoms and off all her previous medicines. It has been almost 7 years and all is well. Blessed to have been able to witness a miracle, Dr Burt will always be our hero. The stories he tells in this book will ring out true to those who have had HSCT, as well as their family members. Dr. Burt is so passionate regarding his work, and is so compassionate of others, both of which shines through whether in person or in written word. HSCT is the way of the future. Read this book and you will learn why. Everyday Miracles is well written.

A fantastic book

I loved this Audible book and I couldn't stop listening. the only thing at all that drove me a little crazy was how often the words "in this moment" our"in that moment" were used repetitively throughout the story. A minor critique for certain.
