What do you know about Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)? Many people think of ADHD as a problem that only affects children. But in reality, ADHD is just as common in adults: about one-third of all people with ADHD continue to have symptoms into adulthood. This book will give you the information and practical advice you need to manage your symptoms and live a focused life. You'll learn what causes ADHD, how it's diagnosed in women, and the best treatments.

horrible narration, in need of an editor
Revisado: 12-28-21
I'm not sure this is an actual book versus a collection of random articles from the internet on ADHD with the word men changed to women. There are so many repeated sentences that say 'women are more likely to be diagnosed than women". The narration is not bad but I think it voiced by a computer, because there is very little inflection, and a human well versed in English would not pronounce the word written as (right-en). Save yourself the audible credit, and look for other books.

Historia
The Antidote is a series of journeys among people who share a single, surprising way of thinking about life. What they have in common is a hunch about human psychology: that it’s our constant effort to eliminate the negative that causes us to feel so anxious, insecure, and unhappy. And that there is an alternative "negative path" to happiness and success that involves embracing the things we spend our lives trying to avoid.
