I feel like the last two books have been “less steamy.” Story is great- but that’s what caught and kept my attention initially- hoping it continues as this series continues.

This Series got me in trouble…

Ever had your wife complain that you spent $100 in audible credits in less than 2 weeks because this series was so damn addicting? This book was amazing- I’ve been on a Dante King binge recently and I will say, everything I’ve listened too thus far is just as good. Podium does a great job bringing it to life- would love to sit in a room listening to the chick act out some of the more raunchy scenes….

Book Porn for Nerds

Very sexy book porn. My luck, the female Soundbooth woman who plays charm is a 60 year old 400 pound diabetic but LORD is her voice sexy. I found myself skipping the story to get to the ranchy parts for about 3.5 minutes a day (sometimes 10). I think I can keep this up as I get into book two and make a good year out of it.

I thought this was going to suck

I went into this thinking the name was stupid but ultimately decided to listen as it’s narrated by soundbooth and got great reviews. I could NOT have been more wrong. This book has the most ridiculous protagonists and is well written, hilarious, and amazingly narrated. I did not write a review for the previous books as I couldn’t stop listening to this series- despite my wife getting frustrated and giving off that “this is all you do,” vibe. I think I finished this entire series in about a week. It’s insanely addictive and I found myself blowing off phone calls at work to finish a boss battle or a plot twist. This is a must read- and I’ve spent 30 minutes trying to find the release date for book 6, to no avail- I hope it’s soon!!!

Best Series Ever

Seriously. Don’t change a thing- the audiobooks are worth the wait. The writing is amazing, story is great, characters are great, Jeff is great (despite the end of this book)….Please, don’t let anyone tell you to “speed it up,” or “tone it down” in any way.

Thanks for making such a great and entertaining series.
