Historia
Fifty years ago Malcolm X told a White woman who asked what she could do for the cause, "Nothing." Dyson believes he was wrong. In Tears We Cannot Stop, he responds to that question. If we are to make real racial progress, we must face difficult truths, including being honest about how Black grievance has been ignored, dismissed, or discounted.

Sobering, adroit account of the experienced view
Revisado: 06-29-21
Sobering, adroit, experiential and honest flows from the lips of author, narrator and sometimes subject of this truth-filled walk in the shoes of blackness in general and male in particular. The spectrum of emotion is captured through a historical walk in black experience as it parallels the American experience.

Excellence has a voice!
Revisado: 08-06-20
The Dr delivers with a claritive level set of the subject matter. Then builds upon the cultural positioning that the black diaspora should take - internal to external- to truly represent the best possibilities that the predecessors laid forth. His "talk" is psychologically sound and his delivery builds into a crescendo that lands the audience into a satisfaction reserved for a Thanksgiving feast. Very well done.

Amelia Sachs is hot on the trail of a killer. She's chasing him through a department store in Brooklyn when an escalator malfunctions. The stairs give way, with one man horribly mangled by the gears. She and famed forensic detective Lincoln Rhyme soon learn, however, that the incident may not be an accident at all, but the first in a series of intentional attacks.
