A very different spin on a classic

There is loads of informations about the discovery of the translation before the story begins.

After a few chapters of that however the story begins with way more time spent in Dracula's castle and only a few chapters once Dracula reaches London. It's an interesting new way of exploring the old classic but I must admit I prefer the original.

It is however worth listening to it if you are a fan of Dracula.

Thoroughly enjoyable

These BBC broadcast with full cast are extremely well made. The acting is top notch, Moffat does a very good Poirot (the way he speaks is very close to Suchet in the TV series). The ambiance sounds are fitting and never too present so they'd be distracting and there is a touch of period appropriate music here and there though ot mostly marks the end or beginning of a new "chapter" in the stories.
If you're a fan of Poirot and have already listened to the other set of these, you'll be just as pleased as you were with the first Cases of Poirot.

A new star wars book that's worth buying

As always, amazing perfomence from Marc Thompson and a great book from Timothy Zahn. Adding to the now really unknown regions mythos. I wish more of the new EU books were as good.

Amazing, a must read for any fan.

Really easy to listen, deep and from the heart. At times you can ear the emotion in Mike's voice when he talked about Brian. The deep hurt he felt beeing kept apart from his cousin, his friend, his partner, co-conspirator and fellow creator with whom he could let the good stuff flow to craft amazing musical gems.

It was refreshing to ear Mike's story of what happened with all the drama he's been accused of. In my opinion, it makes no doubt that more fan should know these facts instead of simply believing that he's the man to blame for every bad things that happened.

For all the music, the memories, the shows and this great life story, thank you Mike Love.

Claudia Grey did it again

A good read that delves a bit more into what happened between episode 6 and 7. The book mainly focuses on Leia which retained most of the gusto she had in the legends storyline.

This book does not explain everything though and we'll have to wait for future novels to paint the full picture.

Good book for Obi and Ani fans

This is a fun listen for anyone who wants to see more of Obi-wan and Anakin's relationship. It gives you real good insight of their toughts and emotions, which are not always those you'd expect.

This book is a two-parter so it ends abruptly and leaves you wandering just what happened next tough...

This book is really easy to listen to. It's got a lot of nerd quotes and humour which makes it a great listening experience for any geeks who want to better their lives in any way.
