Historia
Deep down here by the dark water lived old Gollum, a small slimy creature. I don’t know where he came from, nor who or what he was. He was Gollum—as dark as darkness, except for two big round pale eyes in his thin face. He had a little boat, and he rowed about quite quietly on the lake; for lake it was, wide and deep and deadly cold.

Incredible performance
Revisado: 04-21-23
If I could give performance 10 stars, I would! Andy Serkis gives the best audiobook performance I’ve ever heard. I was constantly astounded by his range. I especially enjoyed his performance of Rock the Raven! It was so easy to imagine an old decrepit bird speaking. Amazing experience.

Excellent performance

Wish I could give 10 stars for the performance! It was wildly (pun intended) fun to listen to!

She used to work for the US government, but very few people ever knew that. An expert in her field, she was one of the darkest secrets of an agency so clandestine it doesn't even have a name. And when they decided she was a liability, they came for her without warning. Now she rarely stays in the same place or uses the same name for long. They've killed the only other person she trusted, but something she knows still poses a threat. They want her dead, and soon.

Cut the romance
Revisado: 10-21-21
Man if only it hadn’t been a romance novel I would have liked it way more. There’s no way a man would have fallen in love with a woman who tortured him. I could never get past that. Imagine instead how interesting it would have been if he had hated her but they had been forced to work together!! Way better (and more believable) idea if I say so myself.
I did find it very exciting when it wasn’t about the romance. I skipped all those parts. I thought the narrator did a great job.
