Hilarious and different

Thoroughly enjoyed the variety of characters, witty banter, and the way modern times are mixed with magical worlds.

Matty is a different type of main character and it's fantastic, hilarious, and dramatic. There's action, pining, thoughtfulness, and joy.

I will be finishing the whole series and adding it to my stack of items I relisten to

Riveting, as always

With snappy characters and a phenomenal narrator, I cannot get enough of this series. This is my third relisten, with many more to happen.

Casimir and crew are witty, developed, and problem solve outside of the box. Fred Berman is a fantastic narrator and brings that characterization to life with depth and variety.

Continued Entertainment

I really enjoyed the plot to this novel, though there were a few sections that were a bit far into the romance side for me.

That said, this continues to a great book 2 with some well woven plot mechanics and a lot of sarcasm.

Also - nolls are great characters.

Highly entertaining and enjoyable. I wish I had ten more of this series to listen to.

It is an absolute blast, constantly evolving, and despite its length never feels like it is dragging.

Hilarious and a little sideways

Another fabulous book from McClellan! I can't get enough of these Alec Fitz stories. They are funny, a little twisted, the plots slant and slip, then smack you in the face. It is fabulous. 100% reccomend for giggling in the office and garnishing odd stares from your coworkers.

Wit and Morals and Morale

I read this book first, but then just had to get the audio version, too. The Wit is both scathing and rooted, dueling a multi-faceted battle with Morals, Morale, questionable companionship, Intrigue, and riotous laughter.

The hype surrounding the debut is not one ounce overblown! As an avid reader, I was both surprised by the plot, the character choices, the intense descriptions, the way the story moves through time both quickly and slowly - each scene magnificently paced.

I am already excited for book two!!

I cannot get enough of the ferocity of emotions that these characters Express. Kel and Rhy are boiling cauldrons and Delilah a sharp, honed knife to which they cling.
