I've been looking for ways to combat stress lately and thought I'd try looking in to minimalism. I'd heard a lot about it, but had never really given it much thought! After reading this I've been putting a lot of effort in to adapting to a more minimalist life and feel so much better for it! Would recommend.

You don't have to be Christian or believe in anything to enjoy the audiobook. it's that good. But perhaps you might walk away with a better sense and appreciation for those few, special people who really do dedicate themselves and their life to a good cause, any good cause.
