This book should be named something like "general guidelines for mushroom cultivation and many many chapters talking about the benefits of mushrooms in general." Seriously if you are looking for a guide to grow magic shooms look elsewhere.

One word A M A Z I N G!!!

You know when some people really know what they are talking about?
Well Lama Surya Das certaily know what he is talking about.
However instead of manking a big deal out of the whole awakening deal, he makes it quite simple.
He has a lot of energy and that should strike most listeners as very strange way for a master meditator to talk.
But his message is very deep indeed.
This is certainly the kind of book to listen many times, so you can get the whole message

Listening to Osho is listening to wisdom itself

Don't let the lenght of the book scare you in any way. It is a collection of lectures by Osho. Each chapter begins with a phrase from Buddha and Osho develops his thought around it. I'm about halfway and I'm planning to listen to it again. Just take your time and listen. You can learn a lot from each chapter.

The Legend of The Shambhala Warriors

I've connected with the teachings in this book in so many levels. I believe it's the type of book you either learn a lot from it or you simply discard it as complete fantasy.

I would recommend to start a disciplined meditation practice before reading it. I recommend meditation because there are concepts in the book that are really hard to be translated into words even with all the wisdom of the author. There are concepts that must be experienced by oneself rather than taught in the ordinary sense.

Surprisingly good

The first time I saw the cover of this book I thought to myself: another book about how to get rich quick and easy in the stock market.
Nothing could be further from the truth as the book is about people who went out of their ways to change a corrupt system which the American stock market has become. Only time will tell if they will really succeed.
It should interrest anyone who has money invested in the stock markets directly or indirectly via pension funds, basically everybody.

This book will blow your mind

The book has an actually very boring beggining, the first few chapter are dedicated to the geography and description of a great many number of cities of ancient greece.
After that the fun begins. The book is so rich in detail that I could not phatom the effert the author has put in to write it. It covers much much more than the general description of the book says.
This is certainly my first choice in reference of ancient greece

Great introduction to the dialogues

Very good explanation on the various platonic dialogues. I recommend to everyone interrested in knowing more about Plato but before reading the dialogues per se.
The conclusion lecture is my favorite of this series.

Just one big mess

I thought it would be impossible to mix
* Terrorists trying to blow up the united states with a nuclear weapon
* An FBI investigation
* A convicted mother trying to get back the custody of her son
* An Indian pervert who owns a motel
* And on top of it all - mutated BEDBUGS. -Yeah you get mutated BEDBUGS, and really smart ones by the way..

But apparently when you mix it all you get shady palms. Just don't expect anything more than a hell of a mess of a storyline.

Great review of how modern science view the world

This book is a very thorough review of the newest research in the main fields of science: Physics, Chemistry Biology, Psychology and Sociology. And along with the review the author explains the main implications the research leads to. The author is able to explain difficult topics in very clear language, and has clearly has a great knowledge in history of science. Highly recommended for those who like science.
