Amazing
Revisado: 02-21-25
Great story line, believable and timely. Reads like vintage MacBeth stories. I like the new love interest, hoping to hear more on that!

This duo gets better every listen. While the tape excerpts were difficult and emotional to listen to, it made the case for 2nd degree murder for me. Good show, hard one.

The story stays with you!
Revisado: 06-05-24
This story stays with you. I can’t get this one out of my head. Whether it was Dawn’s reading or Jonah’s questions, the profiler’s work to catch the bad guy is impressive. You almost wonder if he was psychic, or a super hero, considering questions he raised and the tech available to catch him.

I really appreciated the justice aspect of this episode. There was much discussion on how laws were, how they have changed and even how they could be better.

While murder is never funny, I love that the perpetrators are not revered on this podcast! The jokes were funny and the questions asked make you consider situations you have encountered and are glad you are well away from!

Details make this so good.
Revisado: 04-03-24
The story was hard. A young girl personruining their life and taking others lives is truly difficul. I think it was handled well and I enjoyed the way Dawn asked good questions to bring details about children and family to light. Those are often my thoughts on these tragedies and I appreciated that the victims families were considered.

Death is too good for him
Revisado: 04-03-24
I like that there was so much discussion of mental health. And Dawn makes an excellent point we speak about it, we discuss it, but sometimes, many times, we are not any better. We need more treatment options and our talk. therapy needs to be more therapeutic. I did enjoy Jonah‘s reactions. However, nobody can be arrested on just what they’re thinking. this is America. It’s a risk we take every day.

Story was creepy
Revisado: 12-13-23
So, not the best episode ever. This story was not particularly compelling if you were trying to decide if the right person was apprehended. Even Jonah’s mansplaining could not get this one off the ground. If you wanted a creepy story and great reason to never use long term care, this one’s for you!
