Really enjoyed this!

I stumbled upon this book after finishing the Davis Way series (which I LOVE). I really wanted something still in the spirit of Davis Way, and I found it in Moth Busters. The writing is really funny, and the narrator was fantastic. I hope the other books in this series get put in audio format. I will definitely get the rest if they are. If you enjoy the Davis Way series or Janet Evanovich's Knight and Moon series, I think you would enjoy this.

I love anything with James Acaster in it and his banter with Ed Gamble is hilarious. I also really enjoy all the guests and the variety in menus as well as all the back stories and emotions attached to different meals for people. It's extremely funny, but also interesting. Don't miss it!

This was a fresh take on urban fantasy and I really enjoyed it. The main character is someone I would love to hang out with and all the different magical creatures really made the story for me. I hope the other books will be made into audiobooks and that the same narrator will be used. I'm looking forward to more adventures with Kyra!

These books are so good! I can't wait for the next one! Once I'm caught up with this series I plan to read more by Gingell. Her character building is excellent and I love all little clues she feeds the reader as the stories develop. I was unsure at the beginning of the series, due to the unbalanced nature of the relationship between Pet and the Psychos, but she's growing and learning and it's a pleasure to witness her standing up for herself. I don't know how Gingell creates characters you instantly love, but, from the first lines of the first book, I just wanted to give Pet a hug. I literally can't wait for the audio versions of the rest of these and am going to read the ebooks, but the narration is so good that I plan on listening to the rest of them as well, as soon as they're released. I'm also going to look into more books narrated by Zehra Jane Naqvi. She is amazing! Highly recommend!
