As per usual… trendy diet book. Fast and do keto diet. Everyone is saying that we as people have always fasted. I believe that but as people we have eaten carbs for a verrrrry long time. Unless you are prepared to go keto this book is not for you

Braggadocious and juvenile

Braggadocious and juvenile to say the least. The author read the book. And he sounds really cocky uses the F word and acts like everyone in the world to be an athlete. Totally not what I expected. I was referring to this book by an online professional. Which I now I know not to take his recommendations for books. Since when did a non-fictional narrative book become OK to constantly use the F word in it. This trend is alarming to those who don’t like and don’t use that word. I wanted to be inspired to be a better person because of this book. But I can never be inspired by someone who sings this low as an author

Waste of time. The only information in the book worthy of listening to is the last chapter where the actually exercises are. But with that said. He says that one negative thought can take the neck vertebra out of alignment. Well that leaves people with anxiety out of the loop. . .Totally not worth the listen.

Absolutely, undoubtably, the best anxiety book

This is the best anxiety book I’ve ever listen to or read. And believe me I have read and listen to a lot of books over the last 20 years. The only negative I can say is that the narrator is a bit robotic. But believe me if you can get past that you got a winner

While some of the ideas in this book May make people roll their eyes in disbelief. This book has so many wonderful ideas, and is so well written, and the author is truly gifted at conveying her message. Do not hesitate to buy this book and listen to the entire thing. I am contemplating listening to it again

I am 64 years old was diagnosed with panic attack disorder some 20 years ago. I have read many books done a lot of therapy, but this is the best book I have ever read/heard.
The guy is real and even though he is not a professional he has the best advice I’ve ever heard. Buy this book you won’t regret it you’ll only be glad you did!
