Historia
For many the primary purpose of their work is cash. Their principal motivation is the paychecks that fund their everyday needs. Their work is a means to an end. Others are motivated by ambitions for careers, to move up the professional ladder and expand their experiences, becoming more skilled in particular areas. Still others work for a cause, believing in the wider purpose of their work, attempting to make a difference in the world - to leave a mark in some way.

Only complaint
Revisado: 10-18-16
My only complaint is that Ken Costa didn't narrate the book.
Honestly this is one of the best books I have read to date. He takes the Bible and makes it practical for your everyday (work) life. God does care about our work and our passions. Ken is a wonderful author and great leader!

Great book! Not so great sound effects however....

What did you like best about this story?
As stupid as it sounds the flash backs were awesome and one of my favorite parts of the novel. Mr. Luceno has a way of making a character who I personally didn't care to much for, very interesting and deep. Even though the rebels are the good guys I found myself hoping Tarkin would prevail. Luceno is a great story teller and I can not wait to see what his next Star Wars book is. If you liked Darth Plagueis and Dark Lord: The Rise of Darth Vader you must read(or listen) this book.
Would you listen to another book narrated by Euan Morton?
YES! Needless to say he is a great reader. My problem was not with him but the Production team who produced the sounds and effects for the book.
Any additional comments?
Please try a little harder with the production side of the audio books. I feel like this one is sloppy compared to other James Luceno Star Wars books. For example the way Darth Vader sounded in this book was very lazy. No effort was put into the small details.
