Can you lose weight with meditation? Yes you can. However this book is really geared to getting you into the pattern of meditation and mindfulness. All of this will lead you to losing weight.

Tiffany does a fabulous job of guiding you through in a caring and loving way. The journaling is a big help. This is not my first time listening to this book or reading it as I have both. But I can tell you that it has helped me tremendously.
