Good but more focused on autism
Revisado: 01-03-21
It was good listen for parents and health professionals working with autism. My hope was for a study of the vagus nerve and how I could use that knowledge to improve my response to stress, such as decreasing anxiety and depression. May be a 5 star if you are looking for insight into autism.

Historia
Are you living your to-do list rather than living your life? Many of us run from task to task and are burning the nearly nonexistent candle at both ends. Most of us are one health crisis away from financial devastation - and yet, we are hurtling toward physical breakdown each overscheduled day. Our lives demand too much of us: When everything is a priority, this can make us sick and tired. Dr. Clever discovered the personal cost of this lifestyle and has since devoted herself to helping people renew themselves and regain balance in life.

Wanted, hoped to like it

Despite the poor reviews, the description of the content of this audiobook led me to give it a try. While the author's voice and tone are good, I finished this and have a hard time seeing how it offers a fatigue prescription. Mostly loose rambling, anecdotes and lists of questions for writing about your feelings. I consider most books good if I leave with just one good or new idea.Unfortunately, I found it lacking practical benefit for helping get over fatigue for those living busy, productive lives. Just recommending going to bed an hour earlier offers more helpful advice than I got from this book.Sorry.She sounded like a nice person so I decided not to return it to audible.
