The narration was excellent. Im not really into serial detective stories but there is something about Dave Robicheaux and his buddy Cleet that make me want to hear more.

Excellent story

I really enjoyed this story. The characters are really fleshed out and seem to be real people. I like syfy that's different from the typical alien or outerspace stuff. This definitely is. It gives you a little bit of what's happening and then makes you wait to find out what it was about and then you wait some more to see where it's going next.
This is done by sometimes overly long monolouges. But it's necessary to understand the characters and makes them more relateable. I couldn'twait to find out more abou the stone man and where it came from and what it's mission was. There is always this feeling of foreboding that can wear on you after awhile but that is just the overall mood of the story.
Anyway I loved the story. I would recommend it to anyone that likes science fiction.
