Historia
For those who are seeking a path of simplicity, not bound by the trappings of spiritual practice, Adyashanti brings a fresh and humble approach to Zen wisdom. "Don't think that awakening is the end," teaches Adyashanti. "Awakening is the end of seeking, the end of the seeker, but it is the beginning of a life lived from your true nature."

Maybe my favorite adya “book”
Revisado: 10-16-19
More of a retreat than a book, but with q &a from the publisher. All in all might be my favorite adya audiobook. The “in the moment” talks sometimes are just as good or better than a book, because everything is fresh with Adyashanti. He is a tremendous communicator and teacher of nonduality enlightenment and some zen. The q & a at the end is great too. Really liked hearing about his enlightenment process and the moment of fulfillment.

Historia
Adyashanti asks us to let go of our struggles with life and open to the full promise of spiritual awakening: the end of delusion and the discovery and expression of our essential being. After 15 years as a spiritual teacher, Adyashanti has found that the simpler the teaching, the greater its power to initiate this awakening. On Falling into Grace, he shares what he considers fundamental insights to "open ourselves to that mysterious element that enters in the hidden and quiet moments and sparks a revolution in the way that we perceive life."

Beautiful
Revisado: 03-21-19
I love that the author decided to record his own voice for the audiobook. His awakened heart and mind come through in the way that he expresses the words in his book. This is the way to really receive the message that is being given. What a beautiful way of putting everything. I recommend this book to literally everyone who is mature enough to hear what he is saying. Even if you aren’t, maybe a seed will be planted where something special happens to you and you remember something in this book that relates to that experience. Pick it up, and listen when you can reeaaaally listen. Not in the car on the way to work. Not while you are doing something else. Sit down alone, and LISTEN. Not just to the words, but the way he says them. To your inner body and how you feel as you listen.
Allow your life to expand and bloom.
