I wanted this to be a novel.

the only thing I didn't like is the fact its so short and I knew it, and wanted more. this story is fantastic.. the narrator puts a old Dick Tracy type of feel to it. very smoothly describes this world they live on.. this was my first book by this author.. ready to see what else he can do. definitely, definitely, listen to this!!!

don't let negative reviews keep you from this.. I've listened to almost every Stephen King book there is.. and have yet to be disappointed.. idk why the gripe about the sound effects.. I didn't mind them.

Very good addition to the Avatar story. it doesn't have the childlike humor of Aang and his friends, its more of an adult setting, but we already knew that Kyoshi was more serious. Its cool to see the beginning history of where the Kyoshi warriors comes from. Nancy wu nails the narration. 100% recommend.
