As a child, Petr Jasek watched Soviet tanks roll through the streets of his village in Czechoslovakia, taking the country by force and subjecting it to decades of Communist oppression. Petr grew up in the underground church and benefited from financial help and Bibles smuggled in to his family. As an adult living in the free Czech Republic, Petr chose to begin serving persecuted Christians. In 2015, he was arrested in Sudan, convicted as a war criminal, and sentenced to life in prison, where he was forced to share a group cell with ISIS terrorists.

This story was so inspiring! Petr you are truly doing God’s work by spreading the Gospel even though your trials. I couldn’t imagine going through half the things Petr went through, & then to not lose Faith is simple Amazing. Thank you Petr for sharing your story.
