Historia
When shy Miss Eliza Balfour married the austere Earl of Somerset, twenty years her senior, it was the match of the season--no matter that he was not the husband Eliza wanted. Now, ten years later, Eliza is widowed. Suddenly, she is left titled, rich, and, for the first time in her life, utterly in control of her own future. She’s always lived by society’s conventions, but now, Eliza has resolved to do as she wants. And what she wants is to head to Bath with her cousin Margaret, pursue painting, learn to drive, and flirt with Bath’s most alluring new resident, the infamous Lord Melville.

Historia
Three intrepid princesses find themselves targets in a deadly plot against the crown - until their uncle devises a brilliant plan to keep them safe.... Of all her sisters, Princess Stefanie is by far the least amenable to law and order, which is why she’s appalled to find herself masquerading as an unbearably drab clerk for the most honorable barrister in England. But her dull disguise turns out to have its privileges: namely, the opportunity to consort unchaperoned with her employer’s exceedingly handsome nephew, James Lambert, the Marquess of Hatherfield.

What made the experience of listening to How to Master Your Marquis the most enjoyable?
The story was romantic, funny, exciting and well written with a wonderful narrator to compliment. I read it in a day and can't wait read the 3rd book in June.
Which character – as performed by Heather Wyldes – was your favorite?
I love the way she narrates all the characters. She has a very soft breezy voice. I've chosen several books because of her narration

Why we think it’s a great listen: An all-time Audible favorite that mixes historic fiction, adventure, and romance with one of the most fascinating literary devices: time travel. Outlander introduces an exhilarating world of heroism and breathtaking thrills as one woman is torn between past and present, passion and love. In 1945, former combat nurse Claire Randall returns from World War II and joins her husband for a second honeymoon. But their blissful reunion is shattered....

I didn't know Scotland was in Transylvania
Revisado: 04-17-13
Would you try another book from Maya Banks and/or Kirsten Potter?
Probably with a different narrator
What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?
Couldn't get that far
How did the narrator detract from the book?
The Scott accents were weird and sounded more like Dracula than Scottish. The regular bathroom sounded to sleepy and monotone
What character would you cut from In Bed with a Highlander?
Didn't get that far
