What did you love best about The Way of Kings?

A new idea. It is good to fine something new and interesting

the story keeps getting better as the series continues. One does not get bored.

Have you listened to any of Kate Reading and Michael Kramer ’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Wheel of Time is the only other series I have heard them preform. They are very good.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

no. it is just a new idea that keeps one interested in the outcome and anxiously await the next in the series.

What made the experience of listening to Skin Game the most enjoyable?

pure jim butcher.He makes it all come together in this book.

the wonderful surprise of Butter's place in this magical world.

I cannot imagine anyone else reading these books

When Karen is forced into the destruction of the Blade of Faith

Each book sees Butcher grow as a story teller. This one is the best one yet.

It is a well written history of a man forged into a warrior. His history in a web of intrigue and long long range plans of men of power.

Valens connection with the wolf in the stone masons shop

Valen's final battle scene with The Sword of the sea. "you were holding your sword wrong"

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

no, it is 5 parts and while it would have been nice time and work do interfer

the point where Nicolas reinfects Earl. Their conversation and finally mutual understanding.

I have enjoyed the entire series. It is unsual and although a building for armagedon, the story line is very unusual. The characters are real and enjoyable.

I am a Grandmother who has read horror and science fiction and fantasy all of my life and this story is one of the best so far.
