I’m so blessed to be able to go on this journey with Pastor Craig and get to know Jesus, letting the lies become replaced by God’s truth. I am feeling the peace of God in my life and I give Him all the glory. I cannot recommend this book enough.

Ehhh. I feel like I wasted a credit on this one 😒

I just couldn’t connect with any of these characters. I really wanted to like this book and eventually get into the whole series but that won’t be happening. I ended up fast forwarding through most of it just hoping it would get better. I think the thing that turned me off the mist was the 3 boys voices just didn’t match how sexy they were supposed to be. Especially Kodi’s. In my opinion it was really cringy. Pretty disappointing all the way around

I cannot even begin to describe how this book consumed me. It is dark, gritty and raw but the writing is nothing short of a work of art. AND on top of all of that, the narration was FLAWLESS. To say that it was worth a credit is an understatement.

Absolute worst narration EVER!!

Yes it was gory, yes it was dark and a lot of smut but the story was pretty unique. I just cannot fathom how anyone would think the female narrator was remotely a good choice. I hate to disrespect anyone’s work but she didn’t even sound human…very robotic. Just brutal to listen to.

SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED!!

I loved Vol 1. Couldn’t wait to keep going with the story and not 5 min into volume 2 and I was done! Why change narrators?!?! This guy was horrible.
It totally ruined it for me. I feel like I’m left hanging with what was a great story and now I can’t bear to listen to this one to find out. Ughhhhhhh.

HORRIBLE! And I’m not just talking about the male narrator

I have listened to a few of Hoover’s books and generally liked them. But all I can say is if I have to hear him say “RaCHEL” one more time in that creepy voice that in no way resembles what I picture in my mind for the character of Miles, I will literally throw my headphones across the room. And the dialogue is about as mature as what a 12 year old would come up with. Very disappointed I wasted a credit. And the sad thing is, I’ve never written a review for any of the numerous Audible books I have listened too and half way through this one I felt compelled to take the time to leave this one “big thumbs down”!!!!
