Human interaction is more important and more complex than ever before in this modern day. With the rapid advancement of tech, a lot of us sadly aren't taught as much as is necessary to not only analyze human behavior and communication, but protect ourselves against the bad actors in this world such as Narcissists, who are always looking for prey to pounce on.

I wish I had these books 25 years ago. These two books definitely resonated with me. I am a 65 year old female. I just left my husband of 42 years. My husband doesn't exhibit this drastic behavior, but a lot of the behavior discussed in this book sounded just like him. The second book: talked about body language as non verbal communication. The author discusses many types of body language and the interpretation of said body language. How the reader can use body language to convey (can't think of the right word here, you'll have to listen to the book and fill in your own thoughts.)
Overall, I really liked these 2 books. I learned a lot. They were a good listen.

I really liked this book.

I've been studying prepping and bushcraft skills for many years. This author gives great specific information on each topic covered. The water collection section is very comprehensive. As are all subjects covered in the book. I was also a Scout Leader when my boys were young. The content in this book corresponds well with what boys learn in the scouts. The author has quite a crazy sense of humor which I found entertaining. Overall, I thought the book was well worth the read/listening time. Just buy the book. You won't regret it.
