This is a fantastic author, but this book was a real dud. I didn't even finish the last few minutes because it was so predictable and boring. Sorry Kevin, your fans still love you.

I Found My New Series!

Where does God Touched rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I'm definitely addicted. I found my next series for sure. I need to see how the series goes before I can rate it.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Lydia. I loved her style, intelligence, and her voice. I also loved Roma's voice in the book as well. Very well done.

Have you listened to any of James Patrick Cronin’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The book hooked me from the beginning with the scene where he saves Tatiana. Perfect amount of mystery.

Any additional comments?

Great voice over. I hope the series continues with the same narrator. I get super attached to narration and a new person throws everything off for me. The characters no long seem "right" and I drop the series.

What disappointed you about The Outlaw Demon Wails?

This is the last time I buy a book in a series without reading the reviews. Ugh! The narration was awful. Seriously if you are paid to narrate a book wouldn't you a least listen to the 1 of the previous books? How distracting to hear items and characters which reoccur in the series pronounced all wrong. That's just laziness.

I wish I could get my money back for this book honestly. It was that bad.

So many powerful moments

I listened to this book in small sections at a time in order to be as present as possible and it really helped. This book really spoke to me. The question and answer format was perfect for a person new to this teaching like myself

Rather preferred Kevin Hearne only

Kevin Hearne's portion was awesome. I'm so glad I didn't miss that. I was excited about the other authors at first, then I was a little disappointed with their stories. The second story was too to romanticized for me and I disliked the 3rd story entirely.
