Frankie has the worst luck. Her bridal shower is no exception. When you think that YOUR cousin was such an embarrassment…. Just WAIT to see what happens here.

First, to mention, if you downloaded this set when it was first released.... the first book is missing the last 2 chapters. If the story ends VERY ABRUPTLY, delete the title and re-download. It fixed my problem.

Life is not simple, and this set shows the ups and downs of real life. Fun characters, love, life and conflict. Great narration, easy to identify character changes. Great purchase.

I first read the book, then listened to the audiobook. Madeline Mrozek was able to bring the characters to full volume… in so many ways!
The story is a continuation of Franki’s life; however, the story is complete on it’s own. (you won’t be lost starting with Book 7)
The setting is Venice, the time is Christmas, the characters zany and unpredictable. I learned so much about Venice in this book and I’m not sure I want to visit…. You will really enjoy this story and performance. Join Franki, Nonna, Glenda, Veronica and Shonna and enjoy the Casanova! (chocolate and mint = perfection)

I just finished Marsala Maroon. I learned so much about New Orleans HISTORY! Truly, not what i thought i would say about a funny romp thru cemeteries and Italian grocers. As always, for Frankie, family and friends come first. Trying to NOT to plan her wedding, while she waits for her best friend to first set a date and finalize wedding plans, Frankie is deluged by family interference. The twists, turns and snacks make the story a HOOT! Nutella anyone?? Madeline Mrozek does a fabulous job, energetic and distinct voices make the book a pleasure to listen.

Madeline Mrozek does a great job reading these stories. The characters are differentiated; she conveys interest and emotion. As an avid audiobook listener, top marks for her narration,

The story is a fun frolic. You’ll enjoy time in the French Quarter and really crave the food!

I’m an incessant audiobook listener. I love box sets, you can follow the characters, author and narrator through trials and tribulations. This is a great deal. Three books starting this series, for ONE CREDIT.

A fun and believable heroine, with interesting adjunct characters. The narrator does a great job bringing the cast to life. The mom’s “”whiny” voice or landlady’s “sultry”” voice are wonderfully brought to life. Download Franki Amato and transport yourself to NOLA. Enjoy.

Other times, family can be a curse.... A paid for Victorian? Awesome! The fact that it’s a former whorehouse, full of quite explicit erotica? Less awesome.

Cassidi has great things happening, and then she has murder, drug dealing, conspiracy and mayhem.
Welcome to Danger Cove!

This is a fun, stand alone mystery. The Danger Cove series is a group of authors writing stories set in the same town. While a few characters cross over, each book is complete in itself.

Deadly Dye and a Soy Chai is light hearted and fun. The narrator has distinct voices for each character, so you can always follow the story; however, I do agree with previous reviews, she doesn’t “bring the story to life”

Overall, it’s a good story with adequate narration. Kudos to authorTraci Andrighetti. IMO narrator Kayla Perillo is good, not great. I do feel she will get better with each performance.
