A great book to create efficiency & create time

I stumbled upon this book when I was searching for resources that could help me cope with my current workload. I could not put the book down, they recommend real practical examples that are easy to implement using tools and systems that most organisations already have in place. I plan to start a project using the guidelines in this book. Thank you, Nick.

Different experience and accounts of different leaders and their lessons

I liked the real live accounts from different leaders and their lessons. sometimes some stories ended abruptly before creating I could grasp the lesson or the purpose of it being included in a chapter.
