3/18: first review after finishing my physical arc copy...this being my literal SECOND book i've been able to read physically since i started reading again almost FOUR years ago...thats how HOOKED IT HAD ME!! & like...i just...am broken. they broke me. they broke each other...they broke themselves...the broke others...but they definitely broke ME!! but then they healed me...& rina healed us all!! 😭😭😭 i'll be doing a more coherent review after i finish the audio on thursday as well & add it below!
3/22: i finished it with the audio now & it hit even harder with the voice acting, naturally! the full cast audio narration was SOOOOO amazing & of course they picked some of the best ones! literally grayson owens embodied gareth to PERFECTION!! i seriously don't think they could have picked an even better person!! because everything that gareth goes thru, Grayson is the best to show all that emotion!! gareth's little mental break was something so real & raw & hit me in such a visceral way i PHYSICALLY, MENTALLY, & SPIRITUALLY cannot get over it!! with his level of psychosis, he went thru the most brutal form of torture & i wanted to just hold him & hug him & tell him it wasn't real!! kayden was the best match for him not only sexually but mentally & romantically as well! they are COMPLETEEEEE & UTTER TOTAL PSYCHOSSSS & i love them for it!! they were literally everything to me!!!
