This is a beautiful way to re-introduce the world to a practice we have always had access to and knowledge about....going back to nature is an essential realization. I loved how simple and easy it was for the speaker to explain a guided forest meditation!
I will personally go for 20 minutes to receive all the benefits. thank you!

When Lee suddenly left, Limbo became sad and depressed. It was heartbreaking to watch her deteriorate over the years.
