Very interesting considering the topic and our current times.

Joe Dillard’s books can all be stand alone, but don’t. The development of the main characters as they age and go on from book 1, is truly a great read. I’ve actually binged this series, doing 2-3 or more books a day. The narrator is wonderful. I, as many do, develop my own vision of characters. Joe, for me, a bit Bogie, a bit Bond and a lot of a Lincoln Lawyer.

I love this entire series

I have loved this series from day 1! I think the development of the characters has been wonderful. The stories are well written and the description of the islands and areas leads one to want to go and see the beauty in person. I’m in my 70s, worked in a library for most of my adult life and I tell everyone who enjoys an intriguing mystery/thriller to please immerse themselves on to Sandhamm Island. I am forever a Sten fan. New series to begin soon! I shiver.
