I rarely review books, but thought I should warn people away from this one. The book is mostly long lists of what to eat and do for a healthy brain, not what I expected. The narrator mispronounced most of the chemical names and clearly did not care about what he was reading.
I discovered I could not return the audiobook because I foolishly paid for it rather than using a credit - apparently a rule I was unaware of.
