I grew up a fan of the SciFi stories in a Galaxy Far Far Away, but my Dad always talked of Dune. I don't know why I avoided it until now, but it is fantastic. the way it is recorded truly brings out the depths of the story and I can only hope they continue with the series!

Timothy Zahn does it again. His Character Thrawn is growing into is own combining his love of art and tactics while subtly learning about people. This book is a great listen!

Sometimes wacky, crazy, dare I say ridiculous historical moments from Clown juice that became pink lemonade to the US Navy defeating their enemies with potatoes! Ben and Nole with their Super Producers cover various topics. They can sometimes get trapped down rabbit holes but they will then usually bring things back around with a 2 parter. As extra fun beware the Quizzster at the end of some episodes!

Star Wars with a very crude filter

The story is an exciting one in which Han and Lando must work together to stop a mysterious being from destroying the Galaxy. Unfortunately, there is a lot of foul language and sexual innuendos that has never been a part of a star wars novel. As well the written portrayals of Han and Lando are very different from the scoundrels we have learned to love. Han is a shoot first (which he did) and don't think brute and Lando is a hot headed smooth talker. Overall between the crude language and the personality quirks that don't line up the story was interesting but disappointing.
