Historia
This book explores the theory and practice of design justice, demonstrates how universalist design principles and practices erase certain groups of people - specifically, those who are intersectionally disadvantaged or multiply burdened under the matrix of domination (white supremacist heteropatriarchy, ableism, capitalism, and settler colonialism) - and invites listeners to "build a better world, a world where many worlds fit; linked worlds of collective liberation and ecological sustainability".

Insightful and practical

Presented some of these findings to my coworkers and were now working on standardizing accessibility. Also I’m now thinking of starting a discotech in town
Thank you Sasha!

Historia
The critically acclaimed author of The Radleys shares a clever, heartwarming, and darkly insightful novel about an alien who comes to Earth to save humans from themselves. When an extraterrestrial visitor arrives on Earth, his first impressions of the human species are less than positive. But as time goes on, he starts to realize there may be more to this weird species than he has been led to believe. Eventually, the narrator sees hope and redemption in the humans' imperfections and begins to question the very mission that brought him there.

How to love Earth and humanity
Revisado: 12-25-18
The narrator did an excellent job.
The writer wrote one of the most beautiful love letters to Earth and humankind that I have ever heard or read.
Fall in love with the chaos and all the beautiful accidents that are around us. Some things that maybe inspired awe & wonder in us as kids could have been mundane later in life but this book reminded me to look at everything with a sense of wonder instead of dread. Even the most painful melancholy days have something to offer and the writer reminds the reader that those days make the best days in our life shine even brighter.
