Bright Lights, Big Christmas by Mary Kay Andrews is full of feel good vibes. I really enjoyed this story and the characters. I could envision so many details and smell the fresh pine. Kathleen McInerney was great bringing the characters to life with her voice.

Great Listen!

Scares and Dares by Lucinda Race pulled me in from the very beginning. I enjoyed the storyline as a standalone listen and continuation of familiar characters. Milo once again is such an endearing feline. I loved how Meghan Kelly performed the book giving each character their own unique distinctive personality. I could envision so many details and know exactly whom was speaking. This is a great series!

Kim Cresswell immediately pulled me in with this story. I loved how i didn’t have it figured out and the twist at the end was perfect. I thought the narrator did a great job bringing the characters to life. I’m definitely hoping the author continues the series.

I love this series and the special relationship between Mercy and Elvis! Troy and Susie Bear also shine. Baby gets a name too! I loved the storyline and Latin blurbs regarding The Odyssey. Other endearing characters made appearances in this book too and some new characters appeared.

Leanne Leeds continues to impress me with her cozy silver circle cat rescue mysteries. I really enjoyed how this book had some special cameo appearances of characters from past books in it. The story kept my attention and kudos to the author for not letting me figure out the killer. I loved it! Meghan Kelly was spectacular at brining the characters to life with her voice. I especially loved how she conveyed the attitude of Belladonna, Ginger, and Floofy. This is a great listen! Its both a continuation to the series and a standalone.

Antim Straus pulled me in with all of the realistic details in The Fixer. I could really envision so many things with this book. Media manipulation is definitely is a current issue. Paul J McSorley was perfect narrating this book. He brought the characters to life with his voice and I could hear exactly who was speaking.

Tonya Burrows has a amazing way of writing damaged characters with heart. This series is so good! I love how each book is a standalone with intertwined characters that only add to the enjoyment. Another aspect of the story that I loved was I didn’t figure out who the killer was. Stephen Borne is fantastic at bringing the characters to life with his voice. I could feel the emotions and envision so many details. I loved the book.
