Historia
Jason L. Nemes knows firsthand about the power of having the right code of behavior. After living by the wrong code of behavior, his life was a series of negative consequences: His mom had kicked him out of the house and the party life had left him addicted and empty. Then, when he was 35, his choices caught up with him, and a major heart attack almost took him out of the game—permanently. Determined to create his best possible life, Jason changed his code of behavior. This book reveals his path to greatness and gives you the tools you need to become your best from the inside out.

Game changer
Revisado: 07-21-23
Jason does a great job of laying out important concepts and lessons in an easy to understand way. Direct, to the point, and doesn’t overcomplicate the message. That and Jason is just so dang likable and relatable.
This is one I will re-listen to frequently and went and got a hard copy so I can highlight and make notes.
There are not only concepts and lessons to be learned, but Jason also gives you a course of action to start improving you situation whatever it may be.
Thank you Jason, appreciate you Brother.

Missed the mark
Revisado: 05-06-22
Found myself saying “no duh” every other minute. One reason being the advice was so often overly generalized it was unhelpful. The other reason is because of how many times the same advice is repeated or contradicted. This didn’t tell me anything new that I couldn’t find with a quick google search “how to start a vending machine business”. Save yourself the time and just google any vending machine article and you’ll learn a lot more in 5 minutes of reading.

Historia
His vengeance against the gods of Olympus years behind him, Kratos now lives as a man in the realm of Norse gods and monsters. It is in this harsh, unforgiving world that he must fight to survive...and teach his son to do the same. This startling reimagining of God of War deconstructs the core elements that defined the series - satisfying combat, breathtaking scale, and a powerful narrative - and fuses them anew.

Rushed

Narrator is great to listen to and the story has potential. Unfortunately it feels rushed. There is a wealth of material to work with from both Greek and Nordic mythology, but not nearly enough is used. Missed opportunity.

Historia
What does it mean to earn the silver oakleaf? So few men have done so. For Will, a mere boy, that symbol of honor has long felt out of reach. Now, in the wake of Araluen's uneasy truce with the raiding Skandians comes word that the Skandian leader has been captured by a dangerous desert tribe. The Rangers are sent to free him. But the desert is like nothing these warriors have seen before. Strangers in a strange land, they are brutalized by sandstorms, beaten by the unrelenting heat, tricked by one tribe that plays by its own rules, and surprisingly befriended by another.

New setting and still excellent fun.
Revisado: 04-12-20
So much fun. I haven’t enjoyed a series this much since Harry Potter. This entry places our favorite hero’s in a brand new setting with new trials and dangerous challenges. All the fun and charm you’d expect from Flanagan is ever present. New and intriguing enemies and allies keep you guessing. The funny one liners and friendly jabs amongst hero’s are as good as ever and their relationships really shine.
