Steve Job Was Never Done
Revisado: 03-23-24
The most significant insight I got from jobs is when you love ❤️ something and want a situation to be a certain way, whether people like it or not, you have to fight.
And when you fight for something, it can get ugly like a Texas Tornado 🌪️, but if you are blessed enough to live through the tornado. You will see beauty in why the tornado had to happen.

We're in the middle of an epidemic of stress and anxiety. Average life expectancy in the US is down. At work, less than sixteen percent of us are fully engaged. In many high-stress jobs such as distribution centers, emergency room nursing, and teaching, incidences of PTSD are higher than veterans returning from war zones. We are getting something terribly wrong. Our workplaces fail utterly to provide for or capitalize on one of our most basic human needs: our need for love.

LOVE GIVES YOU STRENGTH‼️
Revisado: 07-14-23
Great book so if you want more information you’ll just have to buy it… But the concept is very simple. If what you do doesn’t give you energy it is a weakness!!
If whatever you do rather it’s a romantic relationship, your job and so on does give you energy it is a love or should I say strength that you should look into doing more of..

I mean great book overall and he gave a lot of great information.. But this book is so repetitive with the same information he could have shorten this book to 6-7 hours..
So if your going to get this book get a lot of coffee to stay up or you might fall asleep and bump your head..

They actually have vastly different styles and backgrounds. Yet despite their differences, great managers share one common trait: They don’t hesitate to break virtually every rule held sacred by conventional wisdom. They don’t believe that, with enough training, a person can achieve anything he sets his mind to. They don’t try to help people overcome their weaknesses. And, yes, they even play favorites. In this longtime management bestseller, Gallup presents the remarkable findings of its massive in-depth study of great managers.

Don’t Go With Your 1st Mind
Revisado: 07-10-23
So to basically sum this book up!! When it comes to how you want to treat or handle your people.. You must 1st realize “THEY ARE NOT YOU” and once you realize that you can begin to figure out what moves them and how they most likely need to be treated.
And that’s as simple as that.. However the book is fantastic and it has more details on how you can measure to see if you have the right fit for your company.
But other than that; this is the basics of the book

All Winners Must Know That
Revisado: 06-03-23
So if your reading this your are curious about what most winners must know to win in life.. And it’s very simple.
So to become a real winner in its truest form compared to a loser; A winner knows it ALL or @ least knows it all in whatever area of life that they are trying to be successful in..
Like compared to a loser; a winner knows how to never give up, a real winner knows how to focus & Pay attention to detail.. A winner knows how to yada yada yada
Basically a winner knows more than the loser on how to get things done.. And that’s the biggest DIFFERENCE..
A winner Knows and a Loser woes

Historia
In "Center of the Universe", God struggles to balance the demands of his career with the needs of his long-term girlfriend. In "Magical Mr. Goat", a young girl's imaginary friend yearns to become more than friends. In "Unprotected", an unused prophylactic recalls his years spent trapped inside a teen boy's wallet. The stories in Simon Rich's new audiobook are bizarre, funny, and yet...relatable. Rich explores love's many complications--losing it, finding it, breaking it, and making it--and turns the ordinary into the absurd.

Doesn't take much
Revisado: 04-12-17
The book is very creative, but reading/hearing this book gives you the idea that life can be one be joke if u want to look at it that way. There is nothing outlandish fun in this book, but the absurdity/scenarios that are in this book is what makes it great.
