Historia
Bolivian-Argentinian Inez Olivera belongs to the glittering upper society of nineteenth century Buenos Aires, and like the rest of the world, the town is steeped in old world magic that’s been largely left behind or forgotten. Inez has everything a girl might want, except for the one thing she yearns the most: her globetrotting parents—who frequently leave her behind.

Loved the story, hated the abrupt ending
Revisado: 01-01-24
I really loved the first 90%. The last 10% felt like it was written by a different author, and then the ending was very abrupt. Just a set up for the next book. Very disappointing. The narrator had the perfect voice, but there were many mispronunciations.

Historia
A long time ago in the future, the secret of time travel became known to all. Unsurprisingly, the world nearly ended. There will always be idiots who want to change history. Enter the Time Police. An all-powerful, international organisation tasked with keeping the timeline straight. At all costs. Their success is legendary. The Time Wars are over. But now they must fight to save a very different future - their own. This is the story of Jane, Luke and Matthew - the worst recruits in Time Police history. Or, very possibly, three young people who might change everything.

Loved it!
Revisado: 03-24-20
I put off listening to this because I am a big fan of the St. Mary’s series and wasn’t really interested in the Time Police. I am glad I followed the advice of all the reviews because I loved this every bit as much as the St. Mary’s... and they do make a cameo appearance in here. I could listen to Zara Ramm all day long.

Liked the story but not the narrator
Revisado: 03-14-18
The numerous mispronunciations drove me crazy!!! I enjoyed the book though, and am inspired to get a shamanic healing.

Ending is cut off

I loved the continuation of book one, but am marking it down because it ends by cutting off in the middle of a scene!!!!!!!
