Historia
Noo Saro-Wiwa goes in search of China's 'Black Ghosts', African economic migrants in the People's Republic, who live in separate communities and are vigorously involved in the trade between the continents. Her fascinating encounters include a Ghanaian cardiac surgeon, a drug dealer, a visa overstayer, a Nigerian popstar who sings in Chinese and men married to Chinese women who speak English with Nigerian accents.

Historia
For generations, everything has been getting faster, better, and cheaper. Finally, we reached the point that almost anything you could ever want could be sent to your home within days - even hours - of when you decided you wanted it. America made that happen, but now America has lost interest in keeping it going.

Finger pointing, baby crying, problem blaming
Revisado: 07-04-22
I bought this books with high expectation of objectivity and insight. Instead, I got another disappointment. It’s all about how great we are and all our problems are created by others, blah blah blah.
And then in contradiction, despite all the doom and gloom, the author describes the U.S. is still miraculously the savior of this broken world. Go America, yay.
