The basics of being a ScrumMaster are fairly straightforward: At face value, all a ScrumMaster needs to do is facilitate the Scrum process and remove impediments. But being a great ScrumMaster, one who truly embodies the principles of servant-leadership and helps nurture a high-performing team, is much harder and more elusive.

Excellent Book

The book had a lot of good insights that reinforced things we should know and do, but sometimes don't. Lots of managerial and leadership principles too. I even found myself pulling up a notepad to jot down a few things I wanted to revisit in my mind and practice later. I don't typically do that, but the book was that good.
