If you could sum up Where'd You Go, Bernadette in three words, what would they be?
Funny, sweet, intriguing
What did you like best about this story?
The story-telling confused me first, I kept waiting for the letters to end and actual story-telling to begin. Then I got used to it and I thought it was very cleverly plotted.
Which character – as performed by Kathleen Wilhoite – was your favorite?
I will have to go with Bee. I had a feeling the narrator also enjoyed voicing her. I am amazed how easy it comes to Kathleen Wilhoite to switch from one character to another. Her accents are great, but there is more to it! She actually makes the characters believable. And she has a wonderful singing voice. She must also be a music performer.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
For us girls, no matter what age we are, our relationships with our dads are very important for us. It is beacuse of this I think, I thought the scene where Bee sits on the rocks with his dad really got to me.
Any additional comments?
I loved this book. I recommend it to whoever out there looking for a nice book to listen.

There are some odd things about Nate’s new apartment. Of course, he has other things on his mind. He hates his job. He has no money in the bank. No girlfriend. No plans for the future. So while his new home isn’t perfect, it’s livable. The rent is low, the property managers are friendly, and the odd little mysteries don’t nag at him too much. At least, not until he meets Mandy, his neighbor across the hall, and notices something unusual about her apartment. And Xela’s apartment. And Tim’s. And Veek’s.

Would you consider the audio edition of 14 to be better than the print version?
I find audio books very convenient. I would not be able to finish the book if I was reading the print version.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Nate. He was very curious and determined enough to unreveal the secrets of the building.
Have you listened to any of Ray Porter’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
This is the first time I heard his performance. I think he did okay. His accents were pretty good. I would listen to another book read by him.

What did you love best about Lethal?
I loved the story and how the suspense was on from the very first moment till the very end.
What does Victor Slezak bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Victor Slezak added a lot to the story. I do not believe the book would the same effect had I listened to it from someone else.
