I’m 24 and have no idea where my life is headed. Glad I picked this up physically and audibly (pun intended) lmao. I appreciate the fact that most of the reading was backed up by research and also headed with familial anecdotes. ALSO the actionable steps at the end of the chapters are golden! Thank you for your time and effort.
