No one has been more helpful to me in my food and fitness endeavors than Dr. Doug Graham This book was very different from 80 1010 and I appreciate the nuances It was very helpful and is influencing me in the positive to further enhance my food and fitness. This, in turn, effects everything else in a most positive way. Thank you Dr. Doug Graham. I should also mention here that I have suffered for years with binging hiding and secretly eating. In less than one month after 40 years of this behavior I have experienced none of that behavior that gave me shame. I am free now and devoted to this way of living forever.
